7 Minute Rotator Cuff Solution

Holy shit, I never would have thought that book would be worth so much! Is it illegal for me to photocopy it and send it to fellow lifters in need? PM me if you’re interested.
I just purchased it! otherwise, I’d take you on it!

I always have great technique with the following, I check my local library and if they do not have what I want, I ask the librarian for an inter-library loan, the library will search throughout the country to find your book and usually this service is free. I have save hundreds and received books from all over the country on a variety of topics.

It surely works in America. I don’t think I’d get so much success with exploring this avenue here in Europe (regardless the country)
I’d love to save some of our precious $$$, too! ;)
They don’t have libraries in Poland?

I agree with you! there’s plenty of good articles on this site which touch on shoulder health (directly or not) and the value of good posture, etc.

Somehow, it (“7 minutes R C solution”) has become almost a “cult” book in the rotator cuff rehab so I NEED to see this and know how good is “good”
From experience, there?s NO book that?s “ultimate” enough!!!

Years ago, I wrote master dissertation on shoulders mobility, listed and described over 80 exercises and still there are many “missing” and needs revising.

I want this book as a reference 'cause from what I know, it is listed in every literature reviue and reference list when somebody is writing about upper body/shoulders injuries.

Apparently, it helped sooo many people, as well.
There MUST be something about this book.
G. Robinson must have know his stuff, otherwise the book would Not be so much sung about it.

To be perfectly honest, I am putting all my “shit” together to write MY version of a manual for powerlifters and other strength athletes (ok, you can count bodybuilders here, too) to
“keep you shoulders in one piece and relatively pain free”.

“7 minutes R C Solution” was written in 1990. We have 2006, time to get something more up to date + written by someone who did bench press on more than one occasion.
Do you agree??

Well it certainly helped me way back when I bought it. At that time I was only playing BBall, no weights, and I somehow developed impingement. After a few weeks of stretching as per the book, pecs etc and lying on side raises and the usual external rotation exercises it was fixed.
That was simply enough.

Now years later I got impingement. Now this time it was a lot more complex. And I was also doing weights and much stronger. I did the usual as per the book, it didn’t help, it made it worse!
But with the help of Eric Cressey, his articles, and more other internet sources, I formulated an attack and it’s finally getting better. I worked on things that aren’t even mentioned in the book…

Things like scapular control and stability, ROM of the lats in the vertical plane, upper trap dominant firing and tightness, strnegth if the serratus etc. Because my cuffs were already pretty strong

They have!!
But picture this: - how likely it is that you walk into your local library in US, ask for “Maksymalna siła mięśniowa i moc mięśniowa kobiet i mężczyzn uprawiających sport wyczynowo” (that is “Maximal strenth and muscle power among women and men participating in competetive level sport” . . . and find it somewhere?? even using their super-duper inter library search machine

or maybe some other thing written by Medvieyev in russian in early 70s??

so, come on . . . be real!

thanks for a real testimony!

While we’re on the subject… What are empty can exercises and full can exercises?

Wow, I guess I lucked out a few years ago when I got it for $7 at half.com!

That’s nothing. I’m writing a book for a 6 minute rotator cuff solution. You’ll save a whole minute with my program compared to that 7 minute shit. Who has time for 7 minutes?

I had a capsular shift surgery years ago. Surgeon had to basically tighten the labrum because it had become loose to the point that the head of my humerous was banging around and tearing everything up. After my surgery this book more than anything else rehabbed me and I am 100% today. I can throw, play tennis, box, do every lift and basically be happy. I was a miserable son of a bitch before my surgery. I worked for years trying to compensate and strengthen all the little muscles. After I got the labrum fixed everything fell into place.

I’ve made a bunch of copies of the book if anyone is interested. PM me your snail mail address and send me anything you think a fellow T-Nationer, powerlifter, all-around strength guy would appreciate. Cool DVD, burn a CD, cool t-shirt, anything you think is even trade. I hope I don’t sound like some greedy piece of shit. I’m making copies of this book available because it was so valuable to me. I heard here it was selling for big bucks and is out of print. So if you want it, let me know.
Also, if I am breaking any copyright laws, can someone let me know so I don’t get sued.

You have to remeber that back when this book came out - I saw and ordered it from a BB’er mag. There was nothing out there on this, and no internet

Cuff? WTF is that basicly
