12/22 ? You are getting ahead of yourself. As a new motorcycle rider I’m curious if biker refers to a pedal bike or a motorcycle?
But the body doesn’t respond to training, not to any real amount. I had to train hard for 10 years just to get my 1 rep bench to 95 lbs, another 10 years to get to 115 lbs, another 10 years to do 135, barely. I’ve been trained by pros, done every program, fixed the diet. I see what I see. If hard work produced results, I’d be Mr Olympia by now.
Look at the discipline you’ve had all these years to show up you’re a winner bro
I think everyone here hopes to have your results at 74.5.
I had a Harley Ultra for about 5 years and saw a lot of the West on it with friends. I first had a Beemer for 3 years which a more experienced rider friend termed a “suburban assault weapon”. Wife absolutely hated the thought of me riding, but it was a fun 8 year midlife crisis. I eventually sold the Harley and got the wife a swimming pool.
Swimming pools can be dangerous. Wanted a bike my whole life and just got one this spring. A VTX 1800, not the powerhouse I imagined but still fun. Sounds like you had good rides and got it out of your system.
Okay, that’s true. I’ve always been a stubborn cuss, I don’t like to quit.
You never get it out of your system

Really like that belt squat machine.
I still need to give it a shot. Maybe this week.
Bet you’d do 5 - 600 on it. No weight pressing down on shoulders.

wide grip pullups 7,7, 6, 5

Wide grip pullups are hard.
Some years back, got a belt for doing squats. It hooks onto the barbell. Problem is, the bar sways all over the place, can’t control anything. Sounds like the machine keeps everything straight. I just use the belt for weighted dips.
I have to admire your persistence.
I wonder if you’ve suffered from low testosterone. Especially those who have high stress lives tend to have that as a symptom.
I would really be a stickler for a slower tempo on laterals. Last week I made a pair of 20s break me.
I’m right up there with everybody else’s low t. Urologist told me today to stay off trt with my history.
Never found a doctor who gave a crap about T. Have been taking an over the counter booster for the past few years.
