Some poundages increased, not enough to be significant but I found myself doing the maximum number of reps prescribed in today’s workout. Feel good, but always have. My “inertia” seems to be the same. Found out pharmacy won’t let me have refill until 3 days before next shot. Guess it’s more controlled than just giving drivers license info at refill.

Benching 185 was much easier, 195 felt same, but decided to go slow on bench since I really lost some strength benching in last few years. Will try more weight next time. Wife seems to be on board with the trt since I explained that autoimmune disease (rheumatoid arthritis and its varieties) causes low t and my rheumatoid dr. asked me about 2002 if I wanted to try test then, but I had cancer worries at that time. I seriously thought he was suggesting it for recreational use.

4th week of trt and only news to report besides gaining 7 lbs (water retention) is that the shots are easy now and I’m not quite as tired at 7 pm w/o falling asleep on couch. Bed time’s back in 8 pm range and weight gain’s in right places without waist increase. Unchanged eternal good mood. Oddly, I don’t feel stronger I just try heavier weights. Today I only got about three 205 pulldowns which were easy last week. On way to gym my biceps felt like cantelopes. Blood test in about 3 weeks.

No superman feelings but none expected. Sleep is deeper/better. More energy though I thought I had plenty before trt. Presently, 30 second intervals between sex thoughts.
I like what I see in mirror. No change in diet but I have increased protein intake to 200 grams at breakfast and lunch.

Injected 5th shot yesterday. I noticed that a very detailed, 3 hour deposition I took of opposing counsel’s beligerant client went easily. Opposing counsel took recess about halfway through and I didn’t need it. Felt fine, mind was alert. Not tired at all until afterward when I felt like I’d had a full trial. I’ve been getting ready for this thing for a week with demanding clients and their intense CPA.
Guess trt mental effects are kicking in. Still awaiting that 245 bench.
Doesn’t sound like the opposing client thought it was easy. You recently hit 180 for 10 so 245 will happen.

245 is right around the corner.
I expect it so. The 80 year old guy in gym does 235 for 3 reps. He’s the oldest one in gym. He has 3 board thing he puts on his chest and secures it with a bungee cord. He’s also got 2 workout partners in their 50s, all of whom have worked out over 25 years together.
