yesterday’s workout:
dumbbell shoulder press 3 x 10 w/50s
cable lateral raise 3 x 15 w/17.5s
dumbbell pullover 3 x 10 w/80
barbell curl 3 x 10 w/80
V bar tricep pressdown 3 x 10 w/72
alternating dumbbell curls 2 x 15 w/40s
EZ bar skull crusher 2 x 10 w/80
dumbbell hammer curl 2 x 10 w/40s
overhead tricep extensions 2 x 10 w/60
I blame this workout’s pounages on the tough work week. Guess there are limits; tired all day afterward. Only new trt stuff is I now go 2 weeks between haircuts, I have more & longer body hair, and a great, to the cheekbones, full beard about which women comment daily, Wife not so much since she thinks it makes me look old. (it’s 100% white while head hair’s 98% blond). I started it at Christmas but it matured since starting trt. Heat here will necessitate shaving and I know I’ll miss it. Feels great.

Pollen’s got me severely stopped up and uncontrollable coughing so I’ve skipped gym ever since last Friday.
Got blood test today and I registered 1,272 total t. No idea about free t and I am now awaiting dr. advice and new refill prescriptions. He will probably reduce the dose, but he might increase it since I feel just fine like I did before starting trt but for some libido and strength improvement.

Fizzled on 70s for incline bench but wide grip pullups are much better.

I keep reading the belt squat machine is as effective as a regular squat but I’m not so sure. Weight on shoulders feels a heckofa lot more than just on legs.
I can actually remember 450 regular squats’ feeling.

Weak from skipped dinner last evening. TRT doesn’t make up for that. At eighth week I’m learning I have to do everything I did prior to trt, like water, same supplements, walklng, consistent quality workouts, sleep, food, minimal alcohol. Trt just enhances life experience, and a few other incredible things.
