6 Weeks To Superhero and Training BJJ?

Hello, I’m interested in giving the 6-Week To Super Hero program a try, but I’m not sure if it will work within my current lifestyle. I see from reading the article that the program is performed 4x per week (MT&TF). Ok, I’m cool with that. However, on Tuesdays and Thursdays I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Some times I will do double training sessions (a morning session and an evening session), but for the most part I hit my BJJ training in the mornings. Based on my BJJ training schedule, should I still follow a 4 day per week training schedule for the 6-Week To Super Hero or should I adopt a different training schedule?

My main reason for trying the 6-Week To Super Hero program is to shed fat. I’m working with someone to tighten up my diet. Since January I’ve dropped 16+ pounds. But more important, I’ve dropped down to about 15% BF from 23%. I am about 6 weeks out from a family vacation and I want to really look good at pool side.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thx
Marc

That program is a monster. It is VERY hard to recover from by itself so I would NOT do it if you are doing BJJ on top of that

Ok…that’s what I figured. But what should I consider trying for the next six weeks in order to obtain that “beach body” appearance for my vacation?

It will not work. You will pump out cortisol like crazy and will actually end up smaller and holding water making you look fatter. You could do it but only doing one complex per day.

It looks like you’re already losing weight doing BJJ. I know when I do boxing or JJ I lose weight as long as the classes last longer than 75 minutes a pop. Just be patient.
