great physique. just a note, I think you’re externally roating yourright arm too much on front DB. maybe round your shoulders forward to creater more expansion on your upperback/lat? TBH, you’re not big enough for MW but will make great wleter weight or light weight.

Thanks for the input a lot of people have noted my arms and I am trying to work on it. In the show I am competing in they only offer light, middle, light heavy, and heavy. I haven’t been in a big enough show where they offer welter. And there is no way I could make lightweight without losing a lot of muscle.

Thanks a lot. Just gotta keep plugging away.
Looks like your lat insertion point is at the top of your glutes! Crazy. IF i had to pick a weak point I would say triceps. And they are no that weak. Good luck!

The more I study this kid, the more I see fantastic potential.
By the way, Bug, you’re looking fantastic as well. Any thoughts on stepping onstage in the future?
(Sorry the derail).

Thank you. Ya my arms have always been a weak point. I just started actually having an arm day maybe a year two years ago.

Tell me about it. In my own experience, while I’ve arguably done fairly well, I do realize that I got into the competitive side of the sport very late (36), did tons of things incorrectly (wasting years I could have been progressing), and didn’t have a great structure in the first place.
This guy’s got it all, and when I see a young guy like this, with tons of genetic potential, engaging in intelligent training, and already driven to improve and step it up onstage each successive year, well, it makes me a bit jealous -lol.
I’m fired up just to see you improve with time brother.

Interesting observation, Andy.
In fact, when I first looked at his pics, I thought of a young Danny Padilla!

I’ve never head of Danny Padilla but I’am sure he’s a freak like Columbu and I am fine with looking like both/

Granted I haven’t done anything super heavy in a while so this is kind of all off the top of my head
Deadlift was around 450 for one
Squat around 450 as well
front squat 225 for like 4 or 5
bench press was 405
seated overhead press with bb was like 225 for 6 or 7 and not super deep maybe down to my nose

Danny was (is) 5’2", had near perfect genetics for the sport, and was cheated out of the '81 Olympia.
