Due to illness (unrelated) I just stopped a 500mg/test cycle that was meant for 12 weeks. I am running 20/20/20/20 nolvadex PCT and was wondering if its worth waiting for the test-e to leave the body or if I can begin PCT now. I have heard many people talk of taking nolvadex from day one of their cycle straight through through to PCT finish… a good idea or no? I just want to get everything back to normal right away so that I can focus on my new problems.
Some do start nolva on day 1 and continue all the way through Pct. But most would say not to. That doesnt stop estrogen, just blocks off some of the recepters. Thats what the AI is for.
PCT is used only to bring back your natural production so why would you begin that while the test-e is still in your system? Also-20/20/20/20? At least load it the first week at 40mg ed… If you read the stickies, Im pretty possitive they will answer all of your questions.
No, wait 2 weeks from after your last shot to begin your PCT and either do 40/40/20/20 or 20/20/20/20/20/20. After how many weeks did you stop?
