Question about PCT for Beginner Cycle

So just when I had thought I had my research down pat, I may have missed a small but important detail in PCT for Test-E. I was under the impression that I should start taking my nolva the day after my last injection.

So I did just that and have been off Test-E since the 12th and on 40MG tamoxifen since the 13th. Now I’m reading I wasn’t supposed to start PCT until two weeks after last injection.

My question is, should I just continue to follow the 40/40/20/20 plan… or do something like 40/40/40/20/20 … as in keep taking it until the actual PCT date starts.

The time to wait until starting PCT is not dependent only on ester type, but the dosage as well. The 2 week PCT recommendation for Test E/C is based on a 500 mg/week routine. If higher amounts are used, you should wait longer.

Rule of thumb is to start PCT right around when your blood levels reach the 100 mg range.
