What PCT Stack Do You Recommend for my Cycle?

Hi.

Dont know if this is the right place for this question.

I have been on 500 mg test e pr week for 6 months(first cycle)

What pct should i run?

I was thing nolva and hcg. But some say they dont go together?

And is it true i first have to start pct 3 weeks after i take last test shot?

I’m not a PCT guy so I really can’t give you an answer but you really should have everything you need and know what your plan is BEFORE you start a cycle.
And I also hope you meant you’ve been on for 6 weeks not 6 months.

No 6 months, and yeah just need to know What to do to get myself to bounce back.
Hope someone has advice on when and How much to use nolva and hcg.

I’ve never done PCT (on TRT). But, if I was going to restart, I’d start HCG while also on Testosterone. While on testosterone, I’d use about 1,000 IU spread out though the week in 2 or 3 shots. Then I’d stop taking Testosterone and only take HCG for 3 weeks. I’d bump up to about 2,000 IU spread through the week (2-3 shots). I’d then stop HCG, and start Nolva. Something like 6 weeks at 20 mg/day. I’d probably do a month at 10 mg/day after that, but I’ve been on a long time. This is just what I’d do, not medical advice.

So like this

1 week before last testosterone injection: start hcg.

Run hcg 3 weeks after last testosterone injection.

Then i run nolva 20/20/20/20/20/20/10/10/10/10?

For me, since I am just taking TRT doses (160 mg/wk), I’d probably do 2-3 months of HCG (500-1000 IU per week). I’d then use more HCG after I stopped Test for 3 weeks. Then start the SERM after 3 weeks of HCG (don’t take HCG with the SERM which is Nolva).

I don’t think 1 week while on Test will do much for you. To keep it simple, I’d just run the HCG during your wait period off of Test.

That is about how I’d run the Nolva. I like the idea of longer and lower doses. Really giving the body time to get back to normal.

Right away, after last injection. Run that for 3 weeks while the test is leaving your system
