I have worked off on and off but consider my self novice still want to get back in gym is6 weeks to superhero safe and a good place to start from
It’s really not. The amount of work and the demands of the exercises make it an advanced or at least a high level intermediate program.
Is there anything you could suggest to me I’d greatly appreciate it

Personally I did not write any beginner program. Something like Starting Strenth by Rippetoe or 5/3/1 by Wendler might be good and add in some prowler, sprints or farmer’s walks
