Day 1, week 1 would be (for press, for example): 5x65%, 5x75%, 5x5 @ 85% (all of that is what is meant by 5x5/3/1, right?), whatever supplemental you choose (none, FSL, widowmaker, etc.), then assistance?
That seems like a ton of volume, but I’ve mostly done 5’s pro/FSL.
