5s PRO + 5x5 FSL

Hi Jim,

Currently doing 5s PRO + 5x5 FSL 2 days a week as seen below. I was wondering if it would be better to do the main sets of each lift first, then the FSL 5x5 in superset fashion, or wont it make much difference?

MON

Squat 5s PRO + 5x5 FSL
Bench 5s PRO + 5x5 FSL

THU
Deadlift 5s PRO + 5x5 FSL
Press 5s PRO + 5x5 FSL

Always main course before dessert.

Thats great idea. I did my workouts like that because Jim adviced to. Supersetting FSL definitely got me growing, increased my conditioning and triggered my metabolism.

Try to do FSL supersets in 10 minutes (sometimes I managed to do them in 8-9 mins).

It doesn’t really matter - a lot of depends on your training experience/level and where you are in relation to your TM.
