each meal consists of about 800 to 1000 calories…with alteast 50 gm of protein per meal
the last meal of the day is always very low on carbs…

That’s good, but do you really need 4800-6000kcals a day? I think you should up your calories gradually and see how you do.

If he’s this small, and been consistently eating at that high of calorie levels and still not gaining, then chances are he probably does need that much or more (though I doubt he is really eating that much, simply thinks he is).

Drink a gallon of milk a day, and start adding some weight to that bar. Come back to see me in a year.

Damn dude, that will get you too jacked… be careful with that much stuff…
Take creatine all the time… just monohydrate, not the cell tech shit.
You said you took nitro tech “before serious mass”…you can keep taking stuff like that, but I suggest a cheaper one unless you are loaded and just feel like wasting some money, in which case I still suggest you buy the cheaper ones and mail half the money you save to me, and use the other half to buy steak.
Drop the plasma jet, save your money.
Just eat. And I find it really hard to believe you eat that many calories and weigh 68kg…
If you don’t feel food in the back of your throat, you aren’t full.
what do i think??
you need to eat something, small and not lean
OP doesn’t look too bad for working out for a year and a half.
Your traps, delts, and bis are your strong points.
Your diet that you’ve been following for the past week doesn’t sound too bad
sounds like you’ve done some research and somewhat know what you need to do.
It may be a bit extreme. Read “Truth About Bulking” which is a very high
quality article that may help you change some of your thoughts about going to
extremes on eating.
You got potential stay motivated, read all you can, for now just follow
lift, eat, sleep repeat template and don’t do the second one indiscriminately.
Also, if you approach your training with the same intensity that you have as the look on your face in your crab pic…you should have some impressive progressive pics after a year or so
