It doesn’t take a genius to see what kind of arm and shoulder development he has, and then look at his DL max and come to the conclusion that he’s spent more time on “show” than “go”. And don’t forget that I called it based on his physique (which is what he asked) well before he posted those numbers.

His back doesn’t look WEAK, per se, but its nowhere near his strong points

Well my goal is to have a classic physique look. Not too druggy (very vascular) I’m a little blocky looking as it is. I’d like a better VTaper (wider shoulders) smaller waist while having visible abs all year long. More proportional, symmetrical, aesthetic. I don’t care about my max DL or how much I can lift anymore. My shoulders are really bad already.

I fucking knew it! That’s why you don’t workout your legs and wore joggers. Going for chicken leg look.

I get that for sure, man. I’m not doggin on you, just pointing out what I see. V-taper is a coveted physique, and there’s nothing wrong with your goals at all. But understand that v-taper had just as much to do with back development as it does with shoulders or a tight waist. The lifts I recommended promote complete back development with more emphasis on width than thickness.

Juice up get lean and you’ll be vascular as fuck also it’ll make your waist look maximally small/tight too, enhancing the V Taper. Obviously there’ll be a point where you start looking like a huge raging erection/dickskin so maybe too lean/vascular for your goals.

Yeah you’re right. Especially when doing low test high tren, but based on my experience my vascularity just pops up whenever I get a pump

Bring carbs, sodium, nitrates, citruline, agmatine etc. and a set of DBs everywhere you go. Refill pump as soon as you run out. Ez

Also the V Taper is about 90% posing. You can be huge in all the right places and lean but without posing you end up looking narrow/blocky.

I also have in mind to incorporate mast for a dryer look, idk how’s it gonna affect me vascularity wise as I’ve never done mast. All my cycles (3) have been very mild limited to 10 weeks only

Zane was definitely leaner and more muscular. Both had impressive back development

Definitely something to aspire to. I know it’s not considered “hardcore”, but I’d rather look like Reeves or Zane than Arnie. Not interested in comps, either, so I don’t give a shit what it takes to win shows. I do this shit for me. Ok, also for the hotties, but that’s still “for me”, right? Lol
