How do you cue your squat? What kind of programming and periodization do you use?

Thanks man! In the off season I do a ton of volume, squatting up to 3 times a week, the closer I get to a meet the more I cut the volume. I’m 7 weeks out now and squat once every two weeks. In the off season I also incorporate a lot of front squats and pause squats as well.

Thanks bro I appreciate it. What do you mean by video and revive? I’m new to the whole forum thing haha. The goal for this meet will be anywhere from 630-650. Still have a couple training sessions left we’ll see.
