Couldn’t find the original…sorry for the blue!

quads
lol at these haters calling u out.
someone is a bit jealous…
Thanks man!
Good job on the progress, now gain more.
thanks!
Youre doing fine. Good job.
I still think your posture could use work.
Probably can be fixed by putting an emphasis on pulling movements and less on pushing. Do research on this before you go attempting random things.
Search for things like ‘forward rolled shoulders’ ‘pec minor tightness/stretching’ ‘tight pecs’

I’ll second that. Your shoulders seem to be rounded forward. That’s a pain in the ass posture kink to improve but you can if you focus on it. Not that you have a MAJOR posture kink or anything but it can be improved.
Thanks guys…Yeah I’m working towards fixing my posture.
I think his numbers are very real, hell, I can DL more than 225lb and I’m a pathetic weakling piece of shit.
Also, great progress OP.
Do you have stats for your latest update?
Wt?
bf?
Body circumferences?
Eat, lift heavy things, eat, rest.
Post again when you’re over 190 and I will give you a 10 for the dedication it takes to be above average.
Here are my latest stats as of today.
Weight @ 150
Height is 5’6"
Best lifts:
Squat 315
DL 365
Bench 275
Any videos of those lifts?
lol where I live, I’d prolly get shot at so much by the veterans for pulling out a camera to record lifts! But I’ll try to.
I have this exact problem and have been trying to resolve it. Some personal trainer, one with an appreciable amount of size, told me that my pecs and back were imbalanced and thus gave the appearance of my shoulders being pulled forward. I am begining to think I am just built that way because I have worked hard to try and resolve this issue. Obviously when I intentionally keep my shoulders back you notice nothing.

I called BS on his lifts on the previous page and got shit from the peanut gallery. I’m still skeptical and am glad another reputable member is requesting vids now too.
Great work on the progress though Sid

Ahem! I’d like to see a video too.
There. That should drag the request rating back down ![]()
I’m his weight but taller (5’9") and squat 315lbs, dead 405lbs and bench 215lbs. I believe his stats because I do not think mine are that great. It is certainy doable. I KINDA believe his bench due to his height. Probably has better lifting mechanics than most taller guys at his weight.
Keep it up man.
