But just to enlight you: I have a carpial tunnel problem for years of computer work and my wrist is open at triquetum, if I don’t wear something to keep the ulna and radio togheter it hurts a lot more. And maybe it is ghey, but believe me, the pain I feel on every rep is not for any ghey, just very macho big ball gheys. And I think neither of you both are half of that (no offense Dustin, maxbm: you take it.).

and maxbm, the weight of the guys you “lift”, doesn’t count on your stats.

Tell us something about your training… why are you so fat? don’t eat clean? you are as short as me, but i am pretty sure once i reach your weigth I will not look so fat and surely you will still considere me scrawny.

I was once as fat as you, make a good cut and you will look a lot better, and don’t look yourself on the mirror when taking the pic. look at the side, that way people will not make fun of your pervert look, it is because your eyes are slightly out of angle for the viewer and makes them unconfortable.

As for weights, actually i lift 20x205 on squat, my last 1RM was 295pounds, on DL i am doing 1RM 315, that is 9rx245p. i have just two months on DL and 1month on 20rep squat. my weak point is arm, as i said before, because a previous trainer insisted me on doing some forearm excercise, i think my wrist was already fuck@d and the curls just brougth to surface what already was there.

Anyway, I decided this year to reach the 180pounds, i am old, so it will be harder, but it just encourage me to do it. i will have a body that once I tought was not possible for me to build, and as I alway say: just God or injury will stop me.

Regarding all previous shit:

My powerlifting goal is to total 1200 in the 181 weight class. Until you compete in powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, bodybuilding, etc. your “goals” really don’t mean shit.

BTW, I would stop lifting if I had your body at age 40.

I think that if you have my body at my age, you would work harder. I am pretty sure of that. and i am very happy with people thinking I am younger than I really are.

Max, you’re a machine. What are your goals? I don;t see you getting to a 600 dead anytime soon at your current weight (based on your vids) so perhaps focussing on hypertrophy for a while will do you good. Since you have been training low volume for a long time, you will likely blow up with a good hypertrophy prog. I believe even strongmen like Marunde focussed on that from time to time, or is there a particular weight class you want to stay in?
