Dude, that was amazing depth and form, not fucker would be able to comment on that
Another strongman tearing a biceps. I’m starting to think anyone who is going to be a pro strongman should just get both arms surgically amplified with steel tendons or whatever and get the shit out of the way. Damn, that sport is tough.

This pretty much blows away all the “I can’t train heavy beacuse of X” excuses that are out there.

Well to be fair that isn’t heavy for him, that deadlift is half his max maybe less similar with the squat. Before someone misreads my post I am not putting down the awesomness of those lifts, just making a point that when you are injured you really cant train at your max, doesn’t mean you can get a training effect though, like this champ.
insane, I look up to men like him, titans. The dedication, it makes me work harder, to push through everything.

Yes, and I’d like to quote Bruce Lee after seeing some big strong guy.
“Yes, he is very strong, BUT IS HE FUNCTIONAL?” LMFAO!
These videos are jaw dropping.
Koklyaev is incredible! Such strength in both powerlifting, OL and strongman. Seems like a funny bastard too, he put a video on youtube where he squatted something like 290kg for 3 reps wearing nothing but a sock on his dick. That video got removed pretty quickly though.
On the subject of hardcore lifting I feel that this video should be posted: Göran Rosén 300 kg Deadlift one leg - YouTube
It’s of Goran Rosen deadlifting 300kg with one leg in a cast. I don’t remember what injury he had but that’s gotta be among the most brutal things I’ve seen (when it comes to lifting at least).
ok i can’t see the vid, still at work, and youtube is blocked, so what exactly is a 1 arm squat? or wasthat a typo?
