Hey Jim,
I know you laid out about a million different workouts to follow, but somehow the 3x3 Programm by Korte always made me want to try it. From past experiments I can say whenever I strayed from 531 my success stalled and I returned even surer that 531 is all I ever needed…
So, how about combining Phase II of Korte’s 3x3, but instead of his proposed percentages for strength work I would simply follow 531.
Day 1: 531 Squats, Rep Work Bench, Speed DL
Day 2: 531 Bench, Rep DL, Speed Squats
Day 3: 531 DL, Rep Squats, Speed Bench
Plain stupid or manageable?
