seems to me you lower the weight slowly.

just want to know, since my d/l is very weak, I’m trying to learn from others who have big numbers :slight_smile:

I’m not lowering to weight slowing as a form of eccentric training, its just for safety and being low back “friendly.”

I’ve pulled 600 in a meet before, but that was months ago. This was my best set in a long while.
