I read you’re article on T-Nation 5 Years of Insane Gains looks a great routine. Just a couple of very simple questions.
Can the routine be setup over three days a week ?
Week -1 Upper/Lower/Upper
Week -2 Lower/Upper/Lower
In relation to sets and reps should I be doing straight sets or ramping to one top set ?
