Im in week 5 of my cycle,I took dbol from the start And throught first 4 weeks,stopped few days ago.Also taking 750mg sustanon and 250 deca.
Did my blood test and my ALT and AST are high.
AST interval is from 11-38 UL and mine is 97,and ALT is from 9-59 and mine is 195.
Should that go down on its own over time(considering clean diet and just water)…?
Yes it will go down after ceasing the orals. Recheck in 4 weeks and I bet they are within range.

Do you consider winstrol to be as toxic as dbol for liver,or less?
I was planning to add it in the other half of my cycle,never did it before.
Its normal, and also - these levels are not even high. Mine are 3 times the norm all my life due to heart medication i take. As long as they dont get worse, it just shows you liver works through some tougher shit - its completely ok.
3 times the norm is considered to be a “mild elevation”.
Your numbers need to be in 400-1000 to indicate a serious disease.
Yes it is as bad. @hankthetank89 is spot in in that this is mild elevation. I know it ‘sounds high’ but its really not especially in the short term. Still, my personally policy WAS to not run orals for lengthy periods so I stuck with 4-6 weeks. NOW I don’t run them at all as I was tired of frequently high ALT/AST and concerned with long term issues.

I think its at least the same or even worse. Havent done personal tests and bloodwork on em, but in my experience - all the good stuff is very bad… Stanazolol being one of the best orals is a bitch for sure. Something in me tells its even worse than dbol…
But i still run it and i do run it up to 12-16 weeks.
I believe there was at least one time where i ran some sort of oral at least for a year straight. Didnt check my enzymes while on, but after a while they still remained where they were before.

Please I have a question. When I take Anavar 40 mg daily with oils for three months, do you think there can be visible side effects like hair loss and acne? I only use caffeine shampoo for that and I think I would add something for sure. I have roaccutan in reserve against acne. But when I see that you’ve been taking Winstrol for three of four months, somehow I stop worrying about side effects. : D
Anavar is totally mild. My girl takes it for 2-3 months at a time. No sides, no liver damage. Cant tell about hair cuz i shave mine as they started getting thin since i was 20, but my gf didnt experience any hairloss.

Superdrol > anadrol > winsterol > dbol > Tbol > anavar
Goes something like that for liver toxicity.

I have no info on that but thats exactly what i would have said if id had to guess and go by feel.

I notice some shedding when I take Var, but it stops as soon as the cycle is over. Doesn’t look any thinner than usual, so it’s not like causing balding or anything that drastic
