Preacher curls
20/30/40 for 12 each

Tri push down
25/35/35 for 15 each nice lock out hold

Overhead tricep extensions superset with pull down
30/30/40 for 14 each repped out on the pull downs

Hammer curls
15/20/25 for 12

Bicep curl on the goofy machine. No idea what the weight was
3 sets of 10

Damn, you know, I’ve never managed to snare myself a big fella. None of my boyfriends have trained. Not one. I’ve outweighed a good number of them too. You’re lucky to have yourself such a fine specimen.

You’ll get there with the bench. And (trying not to sound patronising) that’s a hefty weight for a small person. I’ve found (at least with my nemesis, the military press) that repping out at the lower weights (around 75-80% of my 1RM) has helped a fair bit.
