adductor ss with abductor machine 110/120/130 for 14 reps
leg press:
130 x 12
180 x 12
220 x 12
abs: hyperextensions with med ball (8lb/10lb/12lb) for 12 reps each
planks 3 sets

Haven’t tried either, but I’m definitely gonna look into adding both in. I currently do pendlay rows with my DL’s
