walking lunges 40/50/50 for 12 reps
box squats in squat rack:
bar x 10
90 x 6
110 x 6
130 x 6
150 x 6
160 x 2 … all pooped out
adductor ss with abductor machine 110/120/130 for 14 reps
leg press:
130 x 12
180 x 12
220 x 12

abs: hyperextensions with med ball (8lb/10lb/12lb) for 12 reps each
planks 3 sets
