I’ve recently only been training arms once a week and usually like to mix it up between once a week and twice a week. Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks

Hi I just put together a new 5 day split routine and was just looking to get some thoughts and tips on it.[/quote]
Yes, that looks fine. A 5 day split is usually the easiest to make because one would take the 5 largest muscle groups (back, chest, shoulders, legs, arms) and put one in each day. Moving beyond that some people break the legs up into quads and hams. An example of this would be
Day 1 (e.g., Monday) - Chest & Calves
Day 2 (e.g., Tuesday) - Back & Abs
Day 3 (e.g., Thursday) - Shoulders & Hams
Day 4 (e.g., Friday) - Quads & Abs
Day 5 (e.g., Saturday) - Arms
^Split^ Taken directly from Clay Hyght’s article:
** What day you throw in your ab and calf work is moot for the most part.
