Hanging leg raises 5x10 / BB curls

really happy with deadlifts at the moment. Something is going well…
Also added in BB curls because i forgot to do them on overhead day.

Cycle 7 Week 1 - Bench

Training Max = 100kg

75kg x 5
85kg x 6
Incline DB Press (50,55,60, 65,70)s X 8 reps
Kroc Rows (85sX35 - PR)
Barbell Shrugs

I’m going to deload after 6 weeks, and see how it goes, as i feel good now.

Cycle 7 Week 1 - Squat

Training Max = 125kg
80kg x 5
92.5Kg x 5
105kg x 7
Front squats 5X10X50kg
Leg Curls 5X10
Weighted Sit ups 5X30 (10kg)

Cycle 7 Week 1 - Military

Training max = 75kg
47.5kg X 5
55kg X 5
62.5kg X 5 - Need to reset soon…
Incline Bench press 6x8 ramping to 72.5kg
Chins 7x5 (weighted) up to 17.5kg, 1x8 BW

Military press is not going well :frowning:
