Been quietly lurking around the forums an searched for my old log to find what my max weights were at the time (1.5 YEARS AGO).
I stumble upon a page of posts of how CBEAR has killed me and hid my body. So funny. I never read these and therefore never responded.
Just for the record, CBEAR had kept me in hiding but I finally escaped!!! Now to get back into the gym. Not sure if I’ll go back to 531 right away…i’ll keep you posted (that is if I’m allowed back in the club)
