“Honey, where’s our son? Hey - where’s Mark? He said something about being hungry…Oh My GOD!”
I looked at iromind and it looks like the new standard for strong on Rolling Thunder is 250 lbs.
You have the best set up DCA and that and your hard work are showing in your results.
Now I want one. Great BW session.
Chesticles are sore from those power ring flyes. Keepers. I think I can start elevating my feet next session. I expected it to take longer, but I ain’t gonna kick about it.

Notes:
1 arm press: RIght side felt more solid on these but still shakier than the left side
Zercher: Getting stale on these it feels like. Might substitute sumo DLs or heavy GMs for them.
Chest supported rows: Next time I do these, I need to see how I feel and maybe drop weight and do more reps.
Fella came up to me and asked, “Why you doing overhead press with that long-ass bar?” “It’s harder.”
He just walked away shaking his head.
Wow, DCA, you’re starting to scare me with some of these lifts. Holy Zerchers, Batman!!!
F’in diesel Zercher lift.

Please elaborate. Scary? Skinny ole me?
It’s just a zercher…easy enough to bail out of if needed. I’m a little disappointed actually with the disparity between the z-lift from the floor and the ones from pins. Seems like they should be closer in poundage to each other.
I’m bringing back the GMs and RDL’s. I tried the glute bridges and hip thrusts and it just seems like I need a lift that has my knee extended while working hamstrings. I felt weak at the bottom of the zercher and you can see how my ass dropped as I was lowering the weight. I haven’t felt that before and I don’t like it.
First glad to see somebody else rockin the Chucks. Second I think I have those same sweat pants. Third, and most importantly, damn good job on the GM’s and Zerchers THe Zerchers from the floor were particularly impressive.
dc, you are the pchain hero!

I like chucks. I pretty much wear my other pair all the time and my feet have never felt better.
You have a tailor that’ll put glute-enhancers in, too?
Thanks, Joe. I’m aiming towards 405 from the floor and that’s a ways off, I think.

aw - I bet you say that to all the girls.
Two more sessions and then it’s a deload cycle. This time it’s a real deload. 2 sets @ 80% for 3-4 consecutive sessions was no rest at all. 60-65% all the way, keeping to sets of 5 and not many of those.
I needs me some rest.

Jeebus! That’s F’in Diesel! Looks like he’s mainly lifting with his back through the first half or so, and somewhat rounded, at that. Yet, the first half seemed to go up pretty easy compared to the lockout.

Wow.
Wow, just wow. That zercher from the floor looks hard as hell. You are a strong sob Tony.
