Hi,
39 yo Indian male here. Currently on 531 and FSL along with Joker sets whenever I feel good. I want to do a hypertrophy based 531 template only now… for months maybe years… I know about the BBB challenge but I feel I need something that I can run for longer than that. Some template that will help me keep on gaining for long. So this comes in my mind:
531 and doing only the prescribed reps in the last set and then doing BBB along with some assistance work now n then.
Any inputs will be very helpful.
PS: My main goal is hypertrophy.
