I want to switch from the 3 day routine I was currently using (1000% awesome) to a 2 day routine so that I have an extra to work on my conditioning for boxing.
It would look like this:
Day 1
Squat 5s pro & 5x5@ fsl
Bench press 5s pro & 5x10@ fsl
Barbell Rows 5x10
Band Pull Aparts 5x20
Hanging Leg Raises
Day 2
Deadlift 5s pro & 5x5@ fsl
Press 5s pro & 5x10@ fsl
Chin ups 5x10
Band Pull Aparts 5x20
Hanging leg raises
Would that work?
