How do you like the metal ipf suit?

Squat setup is not even comparable to where you started…much better.
Pulls look good, too. The only small thing I would recommend is stand up all the way and lock your hips (squeeze your ass) before you descend.
Believe it or not you are using energy (shedding kilos) by holding yourself in that static bent kneed position. This will also help prime your glutes for the lift.
In other words, start the lift the way you want to finish.
The metal suit don’t give me many extra kilos, it is too loose. in the beginning it gave me more i think. now i can get it on in just 10 minutes or less myself!
i will buy a new suit when i have the money for it.
my raw squat 1rm is 210kilos with only a belt, and i think i can do 245 with the suit.
35kg on the suit and kneewraps is not very good i think.
i will perhaps get a titan centurion custom made for me.

You should be getting way more than that out of a suit and knee wraps. I can probably get that much out of knee wraps alone.
