Heres a few in natural light. Think I should continue to bulk or start cutting?

Relaxed Torso

A bit of a lat spread
I’m up to 255 now, at a bodyfat around 11%, according to my cheap capipers. I’ve decided to end the bulk and go on the V-Diet for a few weeks to see if I can get down to sub-9% bodyfat and bring out the abs. Ill be very happy if I can do this an not lose any muscle. Anyone have experience on the V-Diet when trying to accomplish something like this? Thanks

my bad.
I am 47 and know how hard it is to train hard. Look good - I am sure you have some young girls turning their heads
I just turned 48 and I am very impressed, not only with the mass but strength more so. I have slowly over the years dropping weight and increasing reps, decreasing rest times trying to keep intensity up to avoid injury. I just started heavier weight and lower reps on some movements and I will see what happens. Thanks for the inspiration.
the second lot of photos are much better. Can you get one of back double bicep?

Here a back double bi, not pumped at all. Arms are about 18.5" but dont look as good as I want, I think I need some more “peak”

Heres another one. Traps look pretty good in this one.
Appreciate any comments or training/diet suggestions.
Dude, no homo, but you got the body that I am going for, and I am 30 years younger than you. Good stuff.
Looking good mate! You ever compete?
I’ve never competed. My current goal is to cut down to sub-8 bodyfat and then begin another bulk. 255lbs is feeling pretty heavy right now
If anyone has some specific comments on my upper body I would appreciate it. I am really trying to figure out where to go from here. I still feel like I got a few more years where I can still improve my phisique. Thanks

Row,row and row more, your traps , upper and lower look thick, but your upper lats could be thicker.
I agree. I have never liked rowing and it shows.
On a bigger picture I guess I am trying to decide if I am going to continue to bulk…I believe I could get to 265 in the next year without much difficultity, or call it quits with continually trying to add size at my age. Basically added 65-70 pounds over the last 12 years and its a grind with all of the eating and heavy lifting. I think perhaps I might look better if I could just focus on getting ripped, which is not something I’ve ever done. I think I could do this as well as I am pretty disciplined with diet. I suppose at some point I’ve got to get over the “I got to get hugger” mindset.
Thanks for your thoughts.
