I started competing in 1994 in the 165 class. I bench press 330 raw. I bench press 400 raw in the 181 class. I bench press 440 raw in the 198 class. I bench press 485 in the 220 class. Finally, bench press 491 raw in the 242 class. Now, I compete in the 220 class.
