44 Years Old, Low Free Test/TRT

Hello all! I’ve been here for quite awhile but I’m not sure I’ve ever posted. Anyway, I’m a 44 year old male, 6’, 210 lbs and maybe 20% bodyfat. My best condition ever was in late 2001 at about 170 lbs at 6% bodyfat. I was at my strongest at about 8%, but wanted to drop fat just to see if I could do it… Anyway, back to my present reality. I’m a fat, weak bastard! I started training again a couple of months ago. I developed my nutrition and training to drop about 2 lbs per week. As I droppede weight I noticed that I was dropping lean mass rather than bodyfat… I lost SOME fat, but mostly lean mass. I had low testosterone identified back in 2002, but that was almost immediately following a halfassed cycle of Tren, so i was just happy to get the doc prescribed assistance. My recent results with training sent me back to my GP for some tests. The results were as I suspected. My Free Testosterone is “.87 on a 1-4 scale.” My E2 is 26. My Total Test is 126. I love my GP! Since my wife and I do everything under the sun to stay healthy, the doc will seriously follow our advice on treatments. She is on vacation, but is texting the nurse to prescribe my Testosterone Depot, the syringes, etc. She’s comfy with me taking this myself at home.

I’ve read through a lot of the posts here. Does anybody have any advice on additional things I should do? My diet is extremely clean at about 3,000 calories per day (40/30/30). My workouts are solid. I’m using a variation of EDT for everything, but doing the arm specialization. Supps, of course include Alpha Male, TRIBEX, ZMA and Rev-Z.

Thanks!
FS

I suggest as soon as you start shots, don’t waste your money on anything resembling TRIBEX or Tribulus. The exogenous T will shut down your HPTA, and then the tribulus won’t work anymore. Of course if you get on HCG, then a little Tribulus could possibly help.
