42 Yrs Old, Working Out 6 Months. Test, Dbol, Winstrol First Cycle

Im a 42 year old male, 1,8m, 86kg. I’ve been working out about 6 months, but I want to increase muscle gains, and do cutting afterwards.

I’ve been reading up on cycles, and want your feedback on the following.

Week 1-4 Test E250 ( 500mg/week ), 30mg dbol each day
Week 5-8 Test E250 ( 500mg/week ), 30mg winstroll each day

Week 10-15 Pct Nolvadex ( 40,40,20,20,10 )

Generally too early man. You’re old enough and its your body but ill advised so soon. Have you had baseline bloodwork done? You only get one shot at that… TT, FT, E2, FSH, LH, SHBG. Aside from that I wouldn’t run the Winnie and would be inclined to run the test another two weeks.

This is all kinds of bad. Six months is nothing. You need to have a lot of time under your belt before you know exactly what you’re doing. First cycles should be as simple as possible, because Murphy’s Law is a real thing and you want to avoid unpleasant outcomes.

At 42 I can’t imagine winstrol being a good idea. You’re not a young man and you don’t have a young man’s joints anymore. Using a drug whose chief side effect is joint pain is asking for an injury.

Another noob with a credit card and access to Google typing in ‘buy steroids online’ and thinks he has it all figured out.

I’m sorry man, but 6 months?

You need to put in more time and effort in the gym. You need to know what you are doing with your training before starting a cycle. If what you;re doing doesn’t help you grow naturally, then adding steroids wont change anything. Its multiplicative, not additive.

For once, I agree with what everyone has previously said.

You are that guy who started something new and you are gungho to get going and see results. However, muscle takes years to develop. And you need to have a solid training plan, diet, and mindset.

As a newbie, you should be seeing gains without needing any help. Stick with the lifting, post some pictures, and then after some years you can revisit the use of supplements.

If you decide to go forward and take supplements anyway, you will find little support here.

At your age you may consider looking into doctor prescribed HRT, but doing a full on steroid cycle at your size and training experience level is a poor idea.

Also your planned cycle is a bad choice. Running test E for only 8 weeks barely allows it to reach stable blood levels before coming off. You would be better off pinning a shorter ester like test p every other day, or running test E for 12 weeks. Also nix the dbol and winstrol (winny sucks btw) because you have no clue how just test affects your system and if you have major side effects you won’t know what drug is the cause. Your PCT protocol is good though.

I think you can make a lot more gains naturally, or on HRT, before jumping up to a full blown cycle. 6 months isn’t very long to be training and steroids aren’t magic.

Asking for advise, nothing more. If its a bad idea, so be it. Then I will push it naturally. Just thought at my age, the test might be a good idea.

Go back and look at what @Veteq said. You MAY be in need of TRT, not just a cycle. Get your blood work done (research here first for the panels) if your Doc wont do it, then there are plenty of places to get it on your own. At 42, you may very likely be low and in need of replacement therapy.

Just educate yourself. Most doctors are ignorant of hormone therapy and follow an old cookbook for it.
