Hit me with some feedback, I would to hear some your ideas. Thanks ahead of time for any responses.
@Yogi1 here ya go
You already know what’s wrong and what to do about it.
No one can create motivation for you; you either want to do it or you don’t.
Arnold himself would have been a “hardgainer” if he had trained this way.
If you need tangible results on a month-to-month basis, BBing is not the activity for you.
To echo @Yogi1: The only help I can give in this regard is to point out that there is no such thing as motivation–only priorities. That is, you either want to gain muscle more than you want to do other things, or you don’t–and nothing any of us could say can change that.
Well said - dude’s not a hardgainer, he’s a notworkingoutenougher
If you have space and money a small home gym, at least a bench a set of adjustable dumbbells, perhaps a bar and plates, will be useful for times when you can’t get to the gym.
Then you got bodyweight exercises, which are probably more important for staying fit as you get older.
When it comes down to it its about getting into the routine of regular training and sticking with it. You may need to adjust other things in your life to make it easier to achieve your goals.
