40 yrs old and new to gear

I’ve been lifting for a long time and am decently strong for a 40-year-old. I’m repping 305lb on the bench and curling 65lb dumbbells for sets of 10. I finally gave in and started TRT about 4 months ago. I recently just got some injectable dbol and have no idea how much to take and when to take it. From what I read I should only do it 4 to 6 weeks max. Any suggestions and advice would be great. At the moment my TRT is 200 mg. a week. Thank you in advance.

How fat are you and why are you trying to run dbol? What’s the goal for this drug?

Not sure on body fat percentage but I’m 245 lb, 6’0" and definitely not on a diet. So far it was all I can get my hands on at the moment

I’m going to assume you don’t have any visible abs.
With higher body fat levels, you will aromatize far more than when leaner. Dianabol is kind of the king of estrogen, so this really isn’t advisable, and you’d definitely want some AI on hand.

You will get far more results by cleaning up your diet than any amount of steroids will give you. I would address this first and foremost.

Get your protein up to 1g/lb bodyweight. Ideally from red meats.
Reduce fats down to .25g/lb or less. Ideally healthy fats… no seed oils, only cold-pressed vegetable based oils.
The rest of your calories can come from clean carbs like rice, potatoes, fruit, veggies. The less processed, the better.

I promise you will get more results from this than steroids.
Adding steroids to eating and training habits like this is what turns regular humans into superhumans.

Taking DBol without a plan or goal is kind of like running around with a hammer and not really knowing what you’re using it for.
Yeah, its a good tool… when you have a plan on what to use it for. Otherwise, you’re likely to just start swinging at shit and break something.
