All natural, no pre workouts, just aminos and vitamins with protine
Bench 125 dumbells 3x
Dead lift 315 3x gas to burn
Squat 295 3x gas to burn
Haven’t maxed in 3 or 4 years not my style, each rep is a FULL rep not I bench 400lbs and the bar doesn’t touch your chest lmao!!! Same with dead lift and squats, I pause at top and bottom for a true rep. FORM BABY!!!

Means I could probably get another 3/4 of a rep without help from a spotter. I never “max” to see how strong I am because its a hard strain on the body. The way I build strength goes something like this
Example::: If I can squat 200 lbs 3x and I’m spent ill focus most of my efforts in the 180 and 190 ranges.
Props for hitting the weights at 40 and staying natural:) Kinda hard to judge from just that one pic though. Delts look like a strong point. Chest could be thicker. Pics of back and wheels and I’ll grade you:)
