4 Weeks to Bigger Legs - Test- 1

am a 19 year old with more than 2 years of training after more than a year of trial and error trying to get my legs from 24 inches to 26 inches :gorilla:, I think I have discovered what I needed, SPECIALIZATION, for those who don’t you know what it is is nothing more than reducing the training volume of the other parts of the body and increasing the training volume in the target muscle areas in my case the LEGS, this is how I did it:
I started with a body weight of 174lbs and 14% body fat about a 100kg back squat for 6 reps, so it took me a few months without back squatting because of lower back pain.
I followed the guidelines and the article! 4 weeks to bigger legs! the verbatim
:one:The leg week was quiet and I kept my detailed training log I registered a Back Squat of 190 lbs x 10 reps a deadlift of 230 lbs x reps
:two:The second week began with pain in the lower back and it was very hard but he decided to continue each day that the pain decreased and continued
:three:In the third week the pains had disappeared and my strength increased, Back squat 190 x 12, deadlift 230 x 11 and I was progressing in the other lifts my biggest fear was losing strength in the other lifts or size
:four: At the end of the fourth week it was time to do the tests, not keeping track of my food, I just worried about eating enough and resting properly, so I recorded a Back Squat 190 x 15 RIR 2, DL 230 x 15 RIR 2
My legs went from 24 inches to 24 1/2 inches, my weight was 180 pounds and the fat percentage was the same, I didn’t lose size in my arms or pecs, and I increased 10 pounds of strength on my Incline Chest Press at 10 reps.
In short, I plan to use it again in 3 more Selmas.
Any suggestions for my future adventures?

After my first bodybuilding contest (just turned 22), it was clear that my legs were my lagging body part (6’ 0" and long legged).

I prioritized on my legs from that day, forward. When my back got hurt moving boxes during a move to another apartment, I had to drop squats. I went to leg presses. As I turned 40 I was healed enough to go back to squats.
