I am surprised by all the replies. You have made really nice progress. It is clear you are not at your end goal but neither did you ever claim that in your comments.
Many guys would be thrilled to look like you do now. Your goal of reaching a good point to begin a clean gain is, in my opinion, quite wise.
Cheers and keep up the great work.
this is where PX would say this a BODYBUILDING SITE. bodybuilding judges judge amounts of muscle mass.
wrong on almost every level. where to begin. its also a high performance site. not just performance on stage, but also in the ring, when powerlifting, when Olympic lifting. check the threads. you gonna tell every mma, boxer or olymic lifter etc. they need more muscle?
Bodybuilding judges judge the amount of muscle mass? do they? must have imagined that year Dexter Jackson won the Olympia. do they not also heavily judge on symmetry and conditioning?
180lbs at 8% beats 250lbs at 20% everyday.
So if a 250 lb guy dieted down to 8% BF where would he be? Just a thought but I think he would be ahead of the 180 dude. Personally, I like to stay in shape so 250 would make me look sloppy and 180 would make me look sickly.

Comparisons like the one CarltonJ made are ridiculous in the first place because if we are talking about hypothetical physiques, there are so many damn variables that whatever numbers he’s throwing around are rendered virtually meaningless.
He’s just butthurt for some reason, itll pass.

almost certainly would but dieting is the hardest part of bodybuilding. much easier said than done. how many guys easily build unto that weight and can never diet down?

This is “Rate my physique,” why would anyone rate OP’s physique based on anything other than bodybuilding? In this case, OP has not built much of a body to speak of, clearly has something to hide when it comes to wheels, and 15lbs in 4 months at this guy’s size can be accomplished by drinking 1 less cup of milk a day for christs sake. I would say his rating is pretty fair.
fair enough, judge him on bodybuilding, but Im damn sure as hell right that judges don’t just judge the amount of muscle mass

His physique is also half presented. I haven’t seen any official requirements, though this section does have expectations a person wanting a rating should take into consideration to get honest feedback.
Not saying everyone who fails to post a leg pic has an underdeveloped lower body, just that an absence of the pic doesn’t give members the opportunity to judge overall symmetry. And a score can reflect that.

This is RMP. There is a sticky that instructs you one what pics should be posted if you want to be rated fairly. Wheels are mandatory.

There is nothing standout about OP. Not muscle mass, nor leanness, or anything else.
I’m calling BS to the ‘natty gains’.
These results are not possible without PED’s. Like shit loads of cycles…

I think he is on creatine. It’s pretty obvious.

Natty gains… Sigh.
Must take at least 4 scoops of pre-workout every day
The elitism and condescension in T-Nation forums is something you will have to get used to. There are huge guys on these forums and they won’t give you the time of day until you’ve reached a certain level of success. If anything, take their disrespect as motivation to make progress.
You clearly have made progress, but ratings on this subforum are not based on your goals, but an overall ideal, which is being huge (to the point where you look like you are a bodybuilder and not just someone who wants “look good”), being shredded (striations and sometimes veins), and being symmetrical (not neglecting body parts and achieving balance). God knows I am nowhere near this “ideal” in any aspect, which is why I mostly lurk instead of posting any achievements.
