Many guys would be thrilled to look like you do now. Your goal of reaching a good point to begin a clean gain is, in my opinion, quite wise.

Cheers and keep up the great work.
this is where PX would say this a BODYBUILDING SITE. bodybuilding judges judge amounts of muscle mass.
No X would tell him he shouldnt cut until he’s 300 lbs and then instruct him to eat a cheeseburger.
Site is full of fat lifters with absolutely no diet. Cut not even once.

Please leave and never come back.

Still waiting on those wheel pics too and back pics. Oh wait guys he doesn’t respect anyone over 15% bf. And we are all over that obviously, so we can’t expect such a well developed muscular brah to converse with us fatty mortals. Where do these fucking people keep coming from?
Think about it: He worships zyzz. He uses the phrases “not even once”, “not sure if serious”, “i’m aesthetic”. He thinks a 225 bench at 165 is a staggering feat of strength. Clearly he comes from the internet
Im so jelly of this brah you speak of, not even once.
Keep mirin brah, someday you will understand nutrition.

Strict macros is how I look fresh. Not on that dirty bulk eat anything even if its 200g fats per day diet, fatty posters. I workout each body part twice a week… you on that poverty 2-3 days a week? lmao.

The low ratings are probably because:

 1. No wheels pic
 2. You are small
 3. You are pretty lean, but still small
 4. You really have no muscle
 5. You gave no stats, lifting routine, diet, etc.

Otherwise you did a good job on leaning out some, but what were you expecting?
x2

Lets all be honest now. You’ve been a member since September 2013. Your posts are mostly about yourself. And you want a bunch of us to come out of the wood work so we can rub your balls and say what a great job you’ve done on subpar work?

Honestly good job on the cut. But anyone can cut and it took you four months to do it. I can applaud good work and consistent work. But for all we know, you signed up here to show you’ve got an underlying physique of a 14 yr old. C’mon man. Eat something and lift heavy. 5x5, 10x3, star complexes from CT, something.

I think you look great, bro. Keep up the good work. Get crackin

You should probably just take the criticism and keep working. Acting like a know it all isn’t exactly likable to most ppl. I’m pretty sure a guy whose been lifting for a long time is someone to listen to but that’s just my opinion. They’ve been there and done it plain and simple.

Maybe I’ll get flamed for saying this but FUCK ABS. Yes, I said it.

Don’t get me wrong, I like looking nice and lean as much as the next guy on here, but this aesthetics bullshit is, well, bullshit. OP, you look nice, but the problem is you’re skinny. What the fuck is the point of having abs when you still look like a regular guy in a shirt? Unless you’re one of those dbags who makes a point of going around shirtless as much as possible (like your hero), then there is none.

When you’re big enough that people start commenting on your arm size everywhere you go, when you start wondering if you might have to go through doorways sideways, when you look like you could lift up a car, and when you look like you lift in a XL (at the very least!) hoodie, then you have a body that sticks out. Then you can worry about getting to a level of leanness that shows your abs and the cuts in your arms. Leanness is the icing on the cake. Muscles are the cake.

Yeah, there’s no doubt I’d be considered a little fat by your standards, but consider the following: I’ve always had naturally what most people would consider an “aesthetic” build. Nice body shape, abs came really easily and all that shit. Then I decided I wanted to get big and strong. I liked it so much, I will never go back. So stop harping on the fatties who aren’t aesthetic like Zyzz, and try getting big and strong because you just might like it.

I hear ya! It’s the direction you want to head; Bodybuilding or Powerlifting. I’m sure you have some good numbers that you put up and you are happy with that. You have and/or are accomplishing the goal you set for yourself. Who cares if itâ??s a 300 lb bench or 16" arms, you got off the couch and did what you set out to do. Bravo!

I think you should keep going and get shredded. You have came this far why stop now? Low ratings are probably due to the fact that this was done in 4 months when most could do it in 1.5-2 months without any problems. It seems as if you’ve lost 0 lbm which could merit your longer and slower cut!
1. My goal was to hit around 9-10% bodyfat before starting to bulk again which I did.
 2. You realize I kept most of my muscle mass while dieting right? Don’t think I could do this in a month or two that is ridiculous lol. Not sure if you understand proper nutrition.
Good job on leaning up some. If you were ok with it taking 16 weeks then good for you. But don’t act like Bob is an idiot for thinking it could have been done quicker. Lots of bb’ers go from a higher bf percentage than you started at to contest conditioning in 16 weeks and still have a shit ton of muscle. You dieted for 16 weeks and got nowhere near contest shape. No shame in that, but don’t act like a smartass and tell someone they “don’t understand proper nutrition”

Koing

3.8? scandalous. by no means the end but 3.8 is just ridiculous. last photo is a 5 imo. good work op.

ppl on here moaning because they cant see your legs?? fuck, sounds like their the ones with the problems.

title says “cut” not “next mr universe”, not “looking to step on stage”, not “look how much muscle I have”. its says cut. Christ, some people afraid to give props.

wrong on almost every level. where to begin. its also a high performance site. not just performance on stage, but also in the ring, when powerlifting, when Olympic lifting. check the threads. you gonna tell every mma, boxer or olymic lifter etc. they need more muscle?

Bodybuilding judges judge the amount of muscle mass? do they? must have imagined that year Dexter Jackson won the Olympia. do they not also heavily judge on symmetry and conditioning?

180lbs at 8% beats 250lbs at 20% everyday.

This is “Rate my physique,” why would anyone rate OP’s physique based on anything other than bodybuilding? In this case, OP has not built much of a body to speak of, clearly has something to hide when it comes to wheels, and 15lbs in 4 months at this guy’s size can be accomplished by drinking 1 less cup of milk a day for christs sake. I would say his rating is pretty fair.
