4 Day Routine

following a 4 day split just wondered if this is enough or over kill first main excersise is pyramid up to a top set of 4 reps an the rest is up to a top set of 8-10

Sounds a bit much to me, especially on the delts.

It looks like this workout - A Tried and True Bodybuilding Program Template - there is a 4 day and 5 day split on there.

I did the 4 day and now do the 5 day, I made good progress on both.

maybe add more for calves.
