3x bw Deadlift for 26 Reps

What a strapping young lad. Get it, because he is using straps? No?

But is he functional?

jk

Awesome. Nobody can say shit about that set. Serious weight, great form.
Technically it was 3 sets.

Anybody else get get an erection?

Nope? Just me?

Whatever. … I’m comfortable enough to admit it.

Getting one rep with that weight at that weight is elite. 26 on the other hand is out of this world.
definitely fixed your post.

LOLZ @ the bitches hating on sumo.

Considering about 0.5% of the population on this board could even hit ONE rep at 3x bodyweight, regardless of stance…yeah…stfu.

Counting and categorising every post in a thread: Priceless

I thought it wasn’t a deadlift if straps were involved?

And oh yeah, sumo doesn’t count.

I keed. Very impressive. I thought I saw an alien popping through his tumtum… but it was just his hawt abz. Or a hernia.

Good heavens aussie, if you haven’t noticed a general trend of many conventional deadlifters calling sumo “cheating”, you haven’t been around very long.

Ahhh, to sumo or not to sumo…

Either way, 26 reps @ trip-bw is good work in that amount of time!! You’re off to one helluva start OP!! Keep it up!

Semper Fi

thats huge. that kid has 20 lbs on my max at about 100lbs lighter weight, i feel like a bitch

as much as i hate to admit it…it’s not me…give me a couple years though lool

Oh, I just saw where I missed the “Jesus” at the top.

That being the case, then focus more on conventionals for a mainstay. Sumos are great for bringing up your squat (and impressing the uneducated), but there’s not a huge carry-over there. Builds a shit-brick-house of some glutes tho!

Yeah man, I can’t tell if some people are joking here but 3x BW is an amazing achievement.

I’m guna post a vid of kai posing i hope everyone thinks it’s me…

Then i realise there is a pic of me in my avatar… Epic forum fail.

Also anyone with a reference to WWE in their screen name wouldn’t be able to dead lift 3x body weight. I saw that 1 right at the begging of the thread… (subliminal message to proove me wrong. Go eat and lift then dead lift 3x your bodyweght, come back and tell me to get fucked lol)

You know, I kept trying to type something along the lines of misleading title, but fuck!

Wait, you’re telling not one 'roids allegation in their thread yet? Let me just remedy this situation…

How’s that?
Fixed

I’d be happy if I can do a deadlift 3 X body for a single rep.
