Split stance alternating dumbbell overhead press 10 reps ( each arm )

Hand release push up 15 reps

Burpee + hammer curl 10 reps
One arm lean away side lateral raise 10 reps ( each arm )

One arm plank dumbbell row 2 sets of 15 reps (each arm)

Dumbbell squat-curl-press 2 sets of 15 reps

Hand release push up 2 sets of 15 reps

Dumbbell split squat 2 sets of 15 reps (each leg)

One arm rear lateral raise 2 sets of 10 reps (each arm)

Jumping jack 2 sets of 20 reps

Just trying to have fun and stay active with what i have. 3 more days till i go home.

I found this photo in my parents’ house. This is probably from 2005 or 2006. I think i am around 100 kgs / 220 pounds in this one. Time flies.

Quads & Calves

To improve my lagging quads, i decided to use sets of 20 reps and more. I have never experienced a pump like this before even though i used much lighter weights than i could.

Barbell back squat
3 sets / 20-20-20

Split squat
3 sets / 20-20-20 ( each leg )

Single leg calf raise
3 sets / 20-20-20 ( each leg )
