351 Training, Supplemental Lifts or Assistance? Intensity?

Im currently doing a 351 vatiation with SST supplemental.

Question about possible supplemental lifts. Would you count Pendlay Rows and Leg Press with both legs a supplemental lift? Or classify it as assistance? As these are rather taxing.

On 351 training the 5 week counts as a medium intensity week. Should I decrease intensity on assistance also? Or keep pushing them?

I think supplemental is anything that is extra volume for the main lift, so it needs to be the main lift or a very similar variation. For example squat/front squat/SSB squat are variations of each other but I would not put leg press in that group. You can do your examples as assistance but be smart about it, maybe don’t do something that hard every workout or just use lighter weight.

Assistance intensity is up to you, sticking with the idea that “its just assistance” I would say intensity should not really change much week to week, if your planning the difficulty ahead for each week your probably overthinking it.
