What do they use a lot of quad in relation to? Pretty sure they use a lot of hams, glutes, erectors, etc. :slight_smile:

uh, catching the bar in a full front squat? her back squat looks like a slow olympic lift, which is not surprising considering she is an olympic weightlifter-

  1. she hits the bottom out in front

  2. comes up with a lot of quad (you can see this because her knees extend much more rapidly than her hips)

  3. knees reflex (scoop)

  4. hips don’t truly extend till after the knee bend (second pull)

She should probably use a more pl style squat so her glutes really pop out on King.

She can do a PR squat on my face any day. Holy fuck she is smokin hot.

Her form is fine. She is just a little more quad dominant than you would see with a powerlifter with hip/ham dominance. Also she out squats me so I have to work harder to catch up.

Why don’t some of you take a trip to Westside and teach Louie how to lift, so the big boys don’t get hurt. Then you can tour the major Olympic weightlifting countries and check on their form also.

Jacking heavy weight (315 for deep, raw squats for a 130-150 lb woman is heavy weight) for a bunch of reps matters more than good form.
