32 6’4" 221 Lbs - Currently doing 5X5 Training (#'s In My Blog)
I am wanting to add approx 10 lbs of lean muscle, find my abs, chisel my midsection and help buld up traps to hide this giraffe neck.
I played Big 10 Football and have been in decent shape my whole life. I am just finishing a Tbol only cycle and am looking forward to more AAS in the future. I don’t want to be a monster, but a great physique is what I am after.
My diet is 90% clean… 4500-5000 calories per day, 300-450 gr Protein per day. 700-900 Carbs 80% Complex.
I am gaining weight rather quickly approx 3/4-1.5 lbs per day with Tbol, however it all appears to be in glutes, wheels and arms/Shoudlers. Is this diet not allowing me to cut midsection??/ Help please!! Thanks T-Nation!
why did you post twice? and a great physique is what you’re after? so you think you’ll pop a lil Tbol and pow! you’ll wake up muscular and chisled? why don’t you just try some serious, good old fashioned hard work for a year or two and take it from there. i also think you’re eating too much. you say you don’t want to “be a monster” (like it’s that easy to do) and you want a chisled mid section but yet you’re eating about 1000-1500 calories above your maintenance level which is about 3500 for your weight.
