lol I just started training at that gym. Small world! Haven’t had the pleasure of meeting that fellow yet though or seeing him train. Very impressive video.

I’ve got to admit I’ve got great respect for this guy. He obviously believes it’s important to keep loose by moving around, prancing around, whatever the hell you’d call that. So he does it anyway, regardless of what a fool it makes him look like.
Some of the stuff I do I’d be embarrassed to do some in a public gym and my funky movements are nothing compared to that.
