This is my first training log ever. I don’t consider myself new to lifting, though.
I’ve held back on my training for a while now, so i’m sort of starting over. My goal is strength and powerlifting numbers.

My stats are: 60KG Zercher squat for five reps, 110KG dead lifts for five reps, this far.
Clean and jerk 70KG. Five reps.
I could squat more, but i wanted to keep today easy and try to feel at which level my power is at.
I did a few 32.5KG DB snatches, also.
As i wrote, i am trying to feel where i am.

Tomorrow i’ll work on upper body and pushing strength, as well as some corework.

Weight: -70KG.
My goals to reach squat 100-110KG and dead lift to reach 140-150KG.
Bench press goal is to reach 100KG+. I also want my C&J to reach 85-90KG.

Within 2-3 months, i think i can reach my goals. C&J might take a while to reach 85KG, but i’m working really hard for it, and i think it might take 3-4 months for it.

I’m also trying to lose weight to be on -62KG, both for grappling and weightlifting.
Carb free diet, or carb-low diet, depending on how i feel.

First of November, no training. Boring!

November 2.
Nothing.

November3.
20 Pull-ups and 30 Dead Lifts with 50KG.
Don’t feel like i’ve done much this entire week. :frowning:

November 4. Light lat pulldowns with one arm. 6 plates on the machine.
November 5. Cold day.
November 6-7. Church weekend.

November 8. Good day today. Lots of lifting and practicing my front squat, which by the way didn’t go well. I could lift 30KG at most, with perfect technique.

I now have a 70KG Back Squat, or was it 75KG? not sure, but i’ll make it 70KG for this time.(154.3*)

My Deadlift increased a lot. From 110 to 120KG. I aimed for 130, but i didn’t think i would make it, so i gave that up for today. 10KG increase.(22 pounds)

Bench Press. I went from 45 pounds to 165 pounds.(165.3*) 20KG-75KG.
A lot more than what i expected, since it was a long time ago since i did the Benchpress.
