300lb Olympic Bar for MMA Fighter

I made a post a few months back about me being a beginning MMA trainee. I do mma for 2 hours a day. Im 6’2 about 180 looking to build muscle. I didnt have any equipment to work out with. however I recently bought a 300lb olympic bar. Im looking for a workout that would help me build muscle and functional strength for MMA. Id really appreciate any workout, tips and pointers.
